Danny Masterson’s trial brought out the most shocking revelations. So far, graphic accuser testimony has dominated Danny Masterson’s trial. The actor has pleaded not guilty to three rape counts. One of Masterson’s three accusers, Jen B, said in court that the actor assaulted her sexually on the evening of April 25, 2003, at his house. She claimed that Masterson offered her a drink, which she took. She then said that she started to have various levels of consciousness. Masterson eventually grabbed her up and pushed her onto the bed. Jen B claimed that while Masterson was allegedly raping her, she subsequently regained consciousness. She alleged that he strangled her with his hand after placing a pillow over her face. Jen B said that she was going to die when the prosecutor asked her what she thought at that precise moment. She thought that she would be killed by him.Jen B also testified that someone knocked on the bedroom door after the assault. Jen recalls in her testimony that Masterson reached into the nearby nightstand and pulled out a gun. While she says he never pointed it directly at her.On October 18, Deputy District Attorney Reinhold Mueller discussed Christina B,another accuser, in his opening remarks. He revealed that Masterson was her boyfriend for approximately a year before he turned into a very possessive and aggressive man sexually.She afterwards reported Masterson to a Church of Scientology ethics official after alleging that he had sexually abused her while she was unconscious and then she reported him to police.According to the prosecutor, she resisted numerous times, but Danny persisted, and until she became as limp as a rag doll. Philip Cohen, Danny’s defence attorney, stated in his opening remarks that this case involves three ladies who would recount three nights that occurred approximately 17, 18, and 20 years ago.This case is regarding those three nights period. He added what the women in this case first told police was wholly inconsistent with what they’re going to tell in court. The 46 year old actor has pleaded not guilty to three counts. Forcible rape having been charged in 2020 with sexually assaulting three women in separate incidents that allegedly occurred between 2001 and 2003 at his Hollywood Hills home. He has remained free on $3.3 million bail. 

His attorney told in June 2020 following his arrest, Mr. Masterson is innocent and we’re confident that he will be exonerated when all the evidence finally comes to light and witnesses have the opportunity to testify “That 70`s Show” alum has said that any sexual encounters he had were consensual. Masterson, who’s been married to wife Bejo Phillips since 2011, remains an active member of the Church of Scientology.

He co-starred in the Netflix sitcom The Ranch with his That ’70s Show co-star Ashton Kutcher from 2016 to 2018.

After Mr. Masterson’s alleged sexual assaults were made public in 2017, Netflix declared that his character will be eliminated from the programme. In 2020, the programme was cancelled.
